The first novel of Beverly Jenkins historical romances and this one is a lovely story. The faster pace through me off at first but once I got use to it after chapter 3 I was hooked. I read it untill it was 12:50 pm. 

Her novels always suck me in and I can never put them down with finding out how they get their happy ending at the end.
