Crying in H Mart by Michelle Zauner

4.0

This was one of the saddest books I’ve ever read! I enjoyed reading about Zauner’s struggle with her Asian-American identity and the various dynamics within her family. It made me think a lot about my own family and how we process grief, and takeaways that I can apply. While it was hard to read, I’m glad that this story was written.
