This went from fine to really bad and I listened to the audiobook at 3.5x speed just to make it end. The characters are insanely immature but when Zoe started going into these jealous fits when he literally explained what he was going to do beforehand... like she is supposed to be late college but she acts like a tween the entire book. This book seems targeted to religious people or tweens. It's super heavy handed on abstinence before marriage (because of the DISEASES guys. clearly safe sex is impossiblezzzz!!!!). Then she started getting all pissy and worried when he only kisses her forehead (omggg guyzz does he like me!?!? jfc this was so painful to read). Like WHAT DOES SHE WANT!? She told him no sex - any guy is gonna interpret that as no physical contact at all. She didn't clearly state what is or isn't ok (kissing, touching, hell why is oral off limits?? this is literally never discussed).
This book was shit. And then the ending and how she gets outed were super dumb as well.

Zoe tweets at her celebrity love Chase Covington and he replies then internet stalks her. Zoe's friend creates a situation where they meet in person. She had recently lost her BABYSITTING (more tween shit) job and he offers for her to be is go-girl (picking up dry cleaning and shit). Tons of internal monologue of "does he like me or not? He's so famous, there's no way he could like me!" until he's finally forced to say uh yea we're more than friends and she has to admit she's celibate because her mom got pregnant with her at 15 and her friend had a pregnancy scare and her former teacher got a STD (GASP OMGZZ lmao)! Then Chase says well because his mom has been married multiple times he never wants to get married. But they agree to take it day by day anyway. Then the most ridiculous dates proceed to happen - of course the first place she wants to go is Disneyland, does not surprise me at all she would be a Disney adult.

The ocean non-profit she works for is what outs her. Her coworker / fellow intern Noah looks at her laptop (she didn't lock it nor did it ever occur to her to password protect any of her shit) and sees all of her private relationship stuff with Chase. The non-profit is struggling financially and they want to pressure Chase to donate. Then a confrontation happens with the non-profit, Chase and Zoe and he blows up at her, the press gets involved, more dumb stuff. Chase eventually apologizes and they get married later and have kids.
