I want to state that I liked this book all around however I also like cozy mysteries and this to me sits somewhere between a new fiction novel and a cozy mystery. It was very cute and a delight to read but upon dissection lacked a lot of development and had a few to many things going at once. A breezy fun read for a weekend of you like magic realism and cozy witchy vibes but certainly not a literary triumph.
