The Lovers by Rebekah Faubion
5.0
i loved this book so much. the setting was so fun and unique, i really enjoyed the main characters, no 3rd act breakup(!!!), and i’m a sucker for a well done second chance romance (especially in a forced proximity situation!)
i also really appreciated their communication with each other, pretty early on into them reconnecting too. so often in a second chance romance i feel like the awkwardness and hostility gets drug out a little too long and we have that for a brief time here, but even with their history their willingness to communicate with each other even when there might not be the right words is really refreshing.
i had a great time and would def recommend this one!
