This was the first Emily Henry I read back in 2022, and she’s an author I usually enjoy.
Coming back to it now, I couldn’t remember much of the plot - and I think I liked it more the first time? On reread, I was a little bored.
I always enjoy a book set around books though. Here we’ve got an editor, an agent, and even a bookshop to save - all catnip for me. The highlight was the relationship between Nora and her sister - messy, co-dependent, but written with so much heart.
And I was glad to see Nora get her HEA.
3.5/5 ⭐
