Calico Joe by John Grisham

4.0

Things you know about Grisham's books:

* They're great yarns
* You can't put them down
* They kind of fade to the end
* You can't wait for the next one

This was a great story about baseball, professional athletes, jealousy, spite, forgiveness. Grisham can really pull you in (although Calico Joe's stats were TOO out of this world) and have you believing in the characters and the story. He's the greatest storyteller I've read.
