Falling Fast by Sophie McKenzie

2.0

I felt like the characters in this book were written to have flaws and therefore they all became so pronounced that I just found them annoying. River collapsing in hysterical tears in front of her friends sobbing about how much she loved Flynn was insane. None of their arguments got resolved, they just would stew for lke 2 hours and then see each other again and act normal. It was all very strange. And the ending - the setting up of the plan with Emmi took a couple of chapters, and then she went in the room, Flynn acted completely out of character by being 'uncertain' and then River just shut the whole thing down and then the book ended?! What? WHy set up such a plot point to not carry it out? I finished the book and just felt unsettled by it.
