This one is was a cute first read for the year/end of last year. Very inclusive with its range of characters and something different.
That being said, I don’t know how much I really enjoyed the whole matchmaking app installed on your phone that is spiritually connected to your dead friend thing. It’s just not in the realm of believability for me. I know it’s fiction but I just don’t vibe with it.
I do like the concept of you potentially having met your soulmate and being able to reconnect with people from the past. It’s fun and there’s possibility for chaos.
I wish there was more about Corr exploring other things Joelle left her and dealing with grief because that interested me.
Also kind of thought the reveal about Cory would have been a bigger deal than it was but we were getting towards the end of the book so it had to go somewhere.

Still, as an Amazon Prime First Read I took a chance on, I’m not mad about it.
