According to Jimmy’s review there were instructions in the beginning on how to read the book, given it’s experimental structure. I missed these instructions, but doubt they would have made a difference. It was too fragmented for me to become engaged, and too cerebral. Nice prose in parts, but don’t want to jump in and out of focus so much - may check out others of his at some point, but can’t get through this one for now.
