The second book of Fulton U series is the story of Phoenix (Nix) and Elle. Nix is the quarterback of the football team and Elle is the girl who avoids every type of man that exists. I liked how Nix adored his grandfather and their relationship. And Elle definitely adores her parents, and goes above and beyond to help them when she can. They both are great characters and they definitely deserve each other. In this book I liked that even though Nix’s father was the “bad guy”, in the end he realized that he loved his son no matter what.
Overall it was a good reading, I liked this couple and their chemistry. I didn’t liked how judgmental Elle was at the beginning, but let’s say she had motives. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars for this book. I enjoyed it even though I had a bad day, so that’s a plus!
