Ovid's Tristia, Book 1, Literally Tr. with Notes, by T.J. Arnold by Ovid

emotional sad tense fast-paced
A.S Kline translation. Really good read if you want to feel miserable and suffer!! Beautiful but absolutely killed me to read, my poor boy :( I had already read TI.XI a few times before this, but it made me cry this time. I think the most tragic thing about this book is the way he talks of Augustus. I want that Caesar dead now. Do not read if you want to be happy.
