Best medical manga? Yup, best medical manga. Black Jack is an effin' champ. I'm so glad I got around to reading this manga; the first six volumes have been sitting on my shelves - unread - for an embarrassingly long amount of time. Already started reading the second volume! Black Jack and Pinoko are the best, it's true.
