Writing a book like this can't be easy. Not only does it have to wrap up this arc, but sets out on the ambitious tasks of tying together all four arcs in the series. It does a pretty good job, all things considered.

For any fan of Warriors, I can almost guarantee there will be something about this book they like and something they don't. Many characters and plot lines from throughout the series are brought back up in different ways. I thought the way they connected this to the first arc was fantastic, but I imagine not every fan will agree with me on that.

There are several loose ends I would have liked to be tied up, but there's only so much you can do in one book. The Warriors series has always been opened ended at the conclusion of an arc, and this is no exception.

Reading this was engaging from the start, and I never wanted to put it down. The characters are as likable as they always are, and many of the older characters make a reappearance. The plot is classic Warriors, plenty of drama and battle to keep the reader engaged.

A good end to a great series that I'm glad to say I've been following for the past four years. It's been an awesome ride.
