If you enjoyed the first book in the series, you’ll probably enjoy this. The duology feels more like halves of a longer book than separate books - it deals with very, very similar themes and content. Nonetheless the signature Becky Chambers writing style and hope are present here, just as warm as ever.
Moderate: Animal death
Minor: Sexual content
At one point Mosscap is injured, and the ensuing chapter deals with the struggles of getting it fixed. I don’t think this warrants a medical content warning, but I’m noting it here anyways.
