WORLD AFTER IS LITERALLY SO GOOD
it picks up where angelfall leaves off, and i mean right after. like literally seconds without it. it was so good the plot is (again) very fast paced, but i loved it.
raffe and penryn's reunion MADE ME SQUEAL.
THESE BOOKS ARE MAKING ME FEEL EMOTIONS I DIDN'T THINK I COULD FEEL ANYMORE AND THEY ARE LEGIT SUCH QUICK READS I FINISHED BOTH THESE BOOK'S TODAY
HOLY SHIT THAT ENDING I AM NOT OKAY
DUDE THERE IS NOTHING REALLY TO SAY EXCEPT I LOVE THIS BOOK AND THESE CHARACTERS.
(does the twins remind anyone else of fred and george weasley? i loved them.)
okay quick role call:
penryn? so badass, literally a perfect protagonist. her choices and struggles were REALISTIC. also, her romance and pooky bear xD
raffe: would 100% die for this angel. he is an angel XD i am not doing okay. but so hot. i love him i love him and penryn wooo woo woo woo.
mom: do we even know her name? mixed emotions. add's a certain layer of depth i think was essential, especially in such a short story.
paige: PAIGE!!! oh my god, felt so hard. have a sister who would be paige's age and i....tears. brb crying. i loved her though. :c
belium boy: :middle_finger:
all other angels: go die!! cutely!
CLARA: I LOVED CLARA AND WHEN SHE AND HER FAMILY...I WAS CRYING WITH THEM STOP
i probably missed many people but world after and angelfall (and hopefully the last one) is living proof fantasy book's don't need to be 600+ pages to have good plots. yea.
