I hate to say it but this is my least favourite Lisa Jewell book 🥲 she is my always automatic buy author but this book just didn’t hit the nail on the head. All the characters were just unlikable and had no redeeming factors like are we ignoring the fact that he READ HER DIARIES and that wasn’t what she was even upset about???
I also went into this book expecting it to be a party where everyone’s deepest, darkest secrets are found out but said party didn’t happen until 2 chapters before the end and was just pretty comedic throughout.
