Faebound was such a departure from my reality and man did I have a good time! I really had no clue what the book was about but based on booktuber’s reaction I knew I had to read it! The story did not disappoint! There’s so much to unpack and of course I’m sure for the average reader the writing was on the wall and plain to see. For me, on the other hand, the writing (plot) could be screaming at me but I’m too oblivious to notice! I was deep in the trenches and as things were being revealed I found out when they found out. This book made me feel sad, scared, lonely, happy, giddy, and proud. Saara wrote a beautiful story about discovering one’s self and what opening your eyes to all possibility can look like. I love the journey that our main characters were on and excited to continue their journey in Cursebound.
