Had to wait a while for my library hold to come in for volume two of Hakim’s adventure. The series is reviewed for ages 16 and older.
Synopsis: The series is Hakim’s journey from war torn Syria to France as told to the author of the book.
Review: I am enjoying reading about Hakim’s harrowing journey to get his family safe. The nice part of it all is the reader knows that Hakim makes it to his final destination. Each stop on the journey brought more drama and dangerous situations. Hakim was forced apart from his wife and has to make this part of the journey with his baby son. His wife awaits their arrival in France. My rating 4⭐️.
