Really liked this one!
The characters felt genuine for the time period an well-developed, the atmosphere was just spooky enough that it didn't turn silly, the writing style was great very descriptive specially ith the gore stuff, the plot was a bit loose but this book is not for the plot, the intrigue was there all the way through and it made sense in the context of fantasy and horror.
Listened to it as an audiobook and really enjoyed the narrator.
