I looooooved this book and I loooooooved this series. So  much whimsy. So much fun. And so so funny.

I was first excited for Daniel and Alice’s story when the two crossed paths in the previous book and was not disappointed. So much chemistry between them, and the forced proximity of the fake marriage.
I also loved that it was a bit more serious with Alice and Daniel’s backgrounds, having been raised in what sounds like a fairly abusive environment. When Daniel cried at the end because A.U.N.T. had taken Alice, I got teary.

And of course I loved seeing Ned, Cecilia, Charlotte, and Alex again.

I’m sad to see the Dangerous Damsels series end, but am excited for India Holton’s next series.
