Granny's Got a Gun by Harper Lin

3.0

I am not a fan of the CIA so I don't usually read books about former or current CIA operatives. However, this book had a great premise, a 70 year old former CIA agent, now grandmother to a teen, solves a murder mystery.

It is a fun book and this edition was especially so because of the narrator, Sarah Morsey, herself in her 60s. It lends a note of authenticity and reminiscence to the book which only serves to enhance its appeal.

This is the first in a series. I am not sure if I will go back for more but this one was nice.
