This is Book 1 of The FitzMorris Family Mystery.
I absolutely love the artwork of this cover, and the Blurb is equally enticing ❤️.
I loved Chapter 1 of the book as the Chatacter introductions are great - their interactions in Chapter 1 were hilarious, and some of my favourite quotes come from this chapter!
Dee (Grandma) is very matter of fact about finding a corpse in her garden. It was hilarious to read her interactions with her daughter and grandaughter
Zara (daughter) comes across as long suffering, but I think she secretly enjoys being around her but Mum.
Amelia (grandaughter) is brilliant. I love how her and her Grandma seem so alike.
The story kicks off with Dee having found a d3ad clown in the garden, and she seems very calm about everything. The book follows Dee and the Police as they try to solve the mystery of why he was there amongst Dee's Lettuce... sorry, I mean Chard!
It is a multi-POV story, and each chapter is told by a different POV, but this adds to the charm of the story as you get to see what is happening with everyone.
I thoroughly enjoyed this story as it is a very fresh take on a mystery!
Highly recommend, and I can't wait to read Book 2!
