while this book was good, it felt overhyped. I enjoyed the story and the plot was very interesting, but the pacing was really off. Why was every time jump 1 week? Why did the characters keep going back and forth between 3 different places? 

Also, the big reveal where the Guardian is actually the prince? Saw that coming from a mile away. It only made sense as the reason why he was always around Odessa and watching over her. 

Over all, a good book that kept me entertained and I look forward to the next book.
