Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat: Mastering the Elements of Good Cooking by Samin Nosrat

Did not finish book. Stopped at 53%.
Read half to read about the science and techniques, the rest is just recipes which are mostly useless for me because of their dependence on animal products. I could try out a salad or two and some dressings but the rest is just not for me. The rest of the book was very interesting though.
