I should note I skimmed the final sections of this book more quickly following the abandonment of the book by my book club. It certainly has some excellent and reflective points, but the tone is one that ensures it will only reach the choir. Perhaps not as useful to people who have studied or been reading literature in this field for some time, as it is a bit dated now. But for those who are new, not the worst place to start. I will give it the benefit of the doubt in my rating, though at times it was a bit grating.
