The Locked Door by Freida McFadden

5.0

The Locked Door is my third McFadden novel and I can officially say that I am hooked. I will always pick up one of her books.

The Locked Door follows Dr. Nora Davis a well known general surgeon who has saved countless lives. Her father is the well-known serial killer, the Handyman, is in jail for 18 consecutive lifetimes.

A copycat killer for the Handyman emerges and everyone thinks Nora has something to do with it.

The entire time I was reading I was trying to guess who was the copycat killer or what the twist was going to be and up until the sentence before what was happening I swore I knew who it was. Then when it was revealed I literally gasped.

McFadden is the queen of plot twists and I will be shocked.

I will recommend her as an author to everyone I know and read all of her backlist.
