Mort by Terry Pratchett

3.0

I will be honest, I had fun while reading Mort but I was not blown away. Pratchetts’ creativity and humour spill from the pages. The death scenes were my absolute favorites, they were where his writing and mastery really shined. I want to spend more time in this world, and explore every whimsical crevice that there is.

Unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing about the characters. Other than Death I cared very little for our cast (including Mort). I found that they were difficult to connect with, and did not have enough emotional depth to keep me invested in their story. That being said
