This book was everything I needed to get into the fall spirit. E V E R Y T H I N G.

Of course I read this book while enjoying my first PSL* of the season and the combination was amazing and I am honestly so sad this is only a novella.

Becca and Leo were adorable (and hot) together and I enjoyed EVERY SECOND.
The way they met, the twist, the banter, the one bed (are we surprised? nope. are we excited? OH HECK YES.), phew the rest... I agree with Leo, I also would not have been the one to stop things.

And with everything (and I mean everything I enjoyed in this book) I loved, I was especially touched by the way Leo described "Becca energy"...
<i>"Yeah, you know. Bubbly, high energy, loves all the latest everything. I figured someone like you cares less about a perfect cup of coffee and more about getting juiced up for the day. Hence, (...) the massive amount of sugar you're consuming now."</i>
He really saw her. Leo made no judgement, but made sure to already take care of Becca in the best way.

I need a Leo in my life and will not settle for anything less ;)

I received an ARC of this book (thanks!) and these are my own opinions.
