The Perks of Being a Wallflower is a sadly wonderful story. It’s the kind of novel that stays with you long after you’ve finished reading it and remains one of my favourites to this day.
Graphic: Homophobia, Bullying, Grief, Mental illness, Alcohol, Car accident, and Forced institutionalization
Moderate: Child abuse, Self harm, Sexual content, Death, and Drug use
Minor: Suicidal thoughts
