AntiBio by Jake Bible

3.0

This was a fun, fast moving summer beach read that turned out to be far more ambitious than I originally gave it credit for when I bought it.
Bible has a great, competent writing style that worked well and the world was really nicely developed without going overboard in explanations. I thought I knew exactly where the book was going but there was a coda at the end that threw my whole perception for a loop and segued very nicely into setting up the sequel, which I'll definitely be picking up. The Post-apocalyptic genre is getting a bit played out so kudos to the author for coming up with a new spin and executing it so well.
