I’ve really been looking into ways to heal my relationship with food and desperate fear of gaining weight over the last couple of months. It’s a rough road, but this book made it feel a little lighter. It’s written in a lighthearted way, while still taking the topics discussed in the book seriously. I’m a big journaler, so I appreciated the journal prompts throughout the book. Really loved it, and got a lot out of it! Highlighted and dog-eared pages like crazy! Definitely recommend.
