I’d give it 4.5 stars if I could. The major thing keeping the protagonist at odds with the two boys is something I don’t really see happening in real life, otherwise the writing was sooo good, the story was excellent (except for the one unbelievable moment, in my opinion, but I get that it was necessary to make the book work), I loved the character development. Overall excellent read if you like YA.
