I did enjoy reading this overall, however it did take me quite some time to actually want to pick up the book and read. The plot is very well written and has unexpected twists and turns which I enjoyed, it is just a bit too slow to pick up at the start (having said that, I don't think waiting a year between reading Six of Crows and this was a particularly good call on my behalf, oops!). The ending was very heartwarming in some senses, but also left me with many questions unanswered, and lacking closure for some characters which makes it not quite feel like an end but a long pause. 
It's taken time for me to read, and I'm glad I finished, but at least the book can have pride of place on my bookshelf now!
