characters were a little less juvenile and annoying than in done and dusted so…yay for progress? unfortunately all of the male love interests in this series deserve jail time for being weirdly possessive and grossly unprofessional. writing still heavy on the surface-level telling instead of on the showing. would have given this a 1.5 but the unnecessary taylor swift references as character development ruined it for me. just like done and dusted, i should have dnf’d.
