The Cul-De-Sac War by Melissa Ferguson
3.0

Melissa Ferguson is an engaging writer. Her stories flow seamlessly throughout. This romantic comedy had several laugh out loud moments, as well as several moments where you are shaking your head wondering what in the world is going on. Bree and Chip hit it off on their very first meeting, but then things quickly get convoluted between them. Not all is light-hearted and funny in this book, so please don't pick it up thinking it is all fun and games. There are several pretty serious issues going on in the background. All in all it is a quick-read, will satisfy your funny bone if you are looking for something funny, touches very briefly on faith issues, and is a very clean read. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes humorous romantic stories. Thank you to Thomas Nelson and Net Galley for the opportunity to read this book. I was not required to give a positive review, all opinions are entirely my own.
