The big picture to brain health is as we've known for our health: in order to reach optional functioning and health (in the brain as well as the body overall), there are a four components that we must address and regulate in our daily life. The four areas of focus are achieving consumption of nourishing foods, experiencing daily physical activity, assuring sustained sleep, and practicing meditation/mindfulness.

We know this. However, this book dives deeper into the WHY. Each component is addressed individually and at length with scientific data to support each claim. After reading this book one would have to be on the war path to self annihilation to refuse change. Some of this information was common knowledge, but other aspects of data had me SHOOK.

If you can't bring yourself to read the book, at least look into The 10 Day Brain Wash Reset. Here Google can be your friend. A quick search and you're on your way to, not only better brain health, but a better functioning body, and a better life.
