The Ivy Tribe by Chelsii Klein

Firstly, let it be known that this is not a genre I would normally pick up, but I joined bookstagram to get outside my comfort zone once in a while, and I sure am glad I did!
I absolutely adored the writing style of this book. It was so casual and flowed so easily. I found myself chuckling at some of ways that Akira was written, thinking how similar it is to the way I think and speak. I also really enjoyed the world building and the darkness of the story.
My only real issues with the book were some of the writing was a bit repetitive through the story (e.g. how many times it was mentioned she was a virgin and that seemed to have no actual bearing on the story) and it could probably do with a good streamlining. Some of the content felt a bit unnecessary/filler content.
Let it be known, this isn’t one for the faint hearted - this shit was steamy AF.
Thank you to @authorchelsiiklein for sending me a copy in exchange for an honest review. Keen to see where the story goes from here!
