I’m so glad I finally got round to reading this book, because it’s definitely become one of my new favourites!
This is an absolute masterpiece, filled with so much horror and reflection on society and the ways politics can be abused and used to create an unjust world. This is such an important book that everyone should read, and I find it so terrifying that it’s been placed on so many banned books lists because it really shows just how corrupt current governments are. I urge anyone to read all they can, because knowledge is so powerful and we deserve to open our minds to multitudes of experiences and views without control from higher ups.
I will now be watching the television adaptation of this to compare!
