Spoilers Ahead: Unfortunately, this book was very much like the others. It was very long, and definitely could have been condensed down. I often found there was a lot of repetition in the book, and the relationship between Gwyn and Thorne was very much rushed - she said she didn’t know, and the next thing, they’re getting intimate? It wasn’t really unrealistic, especially the way they reacted to a lot of the trauma. Him being aroused when there was danger was just really unnecessary, and it ruined the severity of the situation for me. There were a lot of things that kept me interested, such as Margo and Kathryn’s real identities, but the fact we knew the main antagonist throughout the book was a little disappointing, as I like to have a bit of a guess, but that is a personal preference. I’m thinking I might start reading books from a different author for a while.
