This one’s been on my radar for many years and while I own at least 5 Patricia Briggs books this and the prequel were the first I actually read. Perhaps it would have done to read Mercy first as there are a lot of characters you are expected to recognize but I enjoyed this one overall. Heavy on the insta love fated mate but the actual story takes far more precedent than the romance.
