More of the same as Time, only... less.
Our 17 year old time travelling heroine and her ragtag bunch of Vampire boyfriend and Dickensian Urchin are off chasing bad guys again. This time it's to the Tower of London before the reign of Elizabeth I to prevent the time stream "splitting" and irrevocably changing both past and future.
I missed the other students at the school, and I missed the school. The cast of characters was much smaller in this one especially when the aforementioned Ragtag Bunch were Conveniently Scripted Out for plot development reasons.
Not too disappointing. But not as much spark as the first
