I saw a lot of people hyping this up on booktok, and I get why. It's a fast-paced read, I read this in two sittings, super easy to get through. I think it's better targeted for people who aren't very into the thriller/mystery genre. I was slightly disappointed there was no big plot twist, I kept making up these crazy twists about how this story would play out, but it just ended up playing out as what I consider to be a predictable story line. I mean ...
guy takes a girl. girl trying to find a way out. she is STRONG and BRAVE. girl gets out and all is solved. the end.
