This may not have been the most well-written book ever but it was one of the most creative books I have ever read. I don't know if it was the contrast to all the sci-fi/ dystopia stuff I've been reading lately but I absolutely loved this book.
Delilah and Oliver's is a classic love story. The twist made it absolutely perfect: They couldn't be together because Oliver was trapped in a book. He is a character in a book.
What?
Yes. And instead of making me incredibly depressed at the lack of a boy in my own life, this book made me oh so happy.
I recommend this book to anyone looking for a quality, creative book and to anyone who's a sucker for a love story. This is also a great one for fairy tale loving children at heart :)
