She's Not Sorry by Mary Kubica

3.0

This book was pretty average. I’ve been reading a lot of Frieda McFadden lately & I enjoy the fast pace of her books. This book is SLOW. In the first 60% almost nothing happens. Meghan is an ICU nurse & single mom to her daughter Sienna. Her apartment and neighborhood are painstakingly described multiple times. In the ICU, Meghan is treating a young girl woman who is originally thought to have attempted suicide but later we learn that she may have been pushed. There is so much build off and I’m sure many people will think it pays off! There’s one twist at the end of Part 1 that is shocking. The other twist, I guessed from the beginning. If you like slow burning thrillers this may be for you!
