Food for Life: The New Science of Eating Well by Tim Spector

3.0

Lots of great research and factual information but a slog to read. Too repetitive to be an interesting read (goes through each individual food stuff in turn) but too wordy and lacking in subheadings and bullet points to be a good reference tool. Summaries of take-away points at the end of each chapter often seem too personal/anecdotal and don't always relate to what's been said before. There was a better booking hiding inside this.
