The Amityville Murder House by Andy Rausch

4.0

When I was offered the opportunity to read The Amityville Murder house by Henry Roi PR and Hellbound Books I jumped at it.

Written from the perspective of Jen Dodd whose husband Josh is a big fan horror genre. They take a trip to visit the original house of the same title but get a hot tip about a different house that just went on the market that is more haunted.

After a brief tour of the house and learning some of the history Josh, without consulting Jen, buys this house on the spot. Jen is a bit flabbergasted but after time Jen reluctantly goes along with it which you quickly learn is typical for her.

After relocating from Kansas to New York things begin to get interesting.

I would recommend this to fans of the movie with a similar title, haunted houses, or anyone who likes a fast paced story with some gore.
