Thoughts throughout this volume (basically me freaking out constantly at every next scene):
-For anyone hating on Shugen, he is fine as hell (sorry).
-Shugen vs. Gabimaru vs. Rein. I am nervous. Can't we all be friends and leave the island together??
-Badass Sagiri is back!!! Wait EVERYONE IS BOARDING!! OH SHIT! YES! I'M SO PROUD! (minus Jikka (he can eat my foot), but what else could I expect of him)
-Sagiri and Shion doing Ultimate Hidden Blade/Dual Wheel Moon is insane! The future animation of that will be insane!
-DID REIN JUST LEVEL UP WTF?!
-Oh no Gabimaru! OH no Sagiri! OH NO SHUGEN!
-WAIT DID KIYOMARU GET CRUSHED? HOLY SHIT AND ISUZU DIED TOO!

-The Way of the Twins. Blind Wolf and Cub. The Deadly Bone Setter. Kittymaru, Yui, Yuzuriha and Sagiri are together. All is well.
Thoughts on full manga series:
I love this series a fierce amount! I hope the anime is going to do well because this needs more hype! The characters are all very interesting. It's only 13 volumes, but you get attached to many of them. The new additions later on didn't throw me off, but added to the storyline (however some of it was rushed). The plot is not difficult to figure out and some plot twists along the way. There is many explanation panels that are not very confusing, which I appreciate so I don't have spend time on google. Only qualm is that even as a bisexual, I am blinded with the amount of times I see female boobs. Yet for the males, not even a nipple is really shown. I'm confused. Just seems to have heavy nudity for woman, but not for men. Like even it out. That's all. The art style is stunning, the fight scenes are wonderfully intense (and captured well enough to know what is going on) and the women, men, tensen, monsters and island are very statue-esque. It's very appealing to the eyes even when gory. I can't recommend this enough to those around me! This found family has my heart.
