Maureen Johnson did it again with her third book in the Truly Devious series, The Hand on the Wall. In this grand ending, Stevie solves the mysteries that revolve around Ellingham Academy, and even I was surprised by the grand finale. I did find that the ending to one of the mysteries felt rather anticlimactic, but honestly, with so many individual stories, it’s bound to happen from time to time. All in all, I loved this series and I loved this book, and I can’t wait to see what mysteries Stevie solves over summer vacation!
Moderate: Child death, Confinement, Death, Panic attacks/disorders, and Kidnapping
