"You're trouble." "I've definitely thought the same about you."
This book was sooooo good! I'm officially obsessed! Cassidy & Jack had the cutest relationship and I could feel all the butterflies! The banter between them was funny, sharp and witty and both of them together were just so adorable! I seriously fell in love with their relationship, it was so natural and loveable! From the very first chapter, I knew I was going to love this book and from the beginning to the end, I WAS HOOKED! It's a slow burn and is filled with tension, steam, some angst and lots of both funny and emotional moments. I loved all the side characters especially Greg, Christine and Cassidy's grandma, they were a hilarious bunch who made this book even more entertaining.
"It's kind of funny when you think about it, isn't it? I gave myself three dates to bring you down, but I'm the one who fell." I laugh wryly. "Pretty damn inconvenient of you to be the man I've been searching for my whole life."
Jack was such a great guy, he was the total opposite of what Cassidy had imagined him to be. He was sweet, caring, protective, respectful, inteligent and funny. In fact he was a total package and definitely was the right fir for her. Cassidy was a bit judgemental in the beginning but it was amusing to see her delusions being shattered by Jack as each date passed lol. Their dates really had me eagerly turning the pages because they challenged each other and their moments felt so realistic. I could instantly connect with both of them and everything right from the writing to the cover was just PERFECT! I truly enjoyed reading this book and I can't wait to read whatever the author has in store for us next!
